John Anthony Frusciante [fru'ʃɑnteɪ ] (* 5. März 1970 in Queens, New York) ist ein US-amerikanischer Musiker. Er war von 1988 bis 1992 und von 1998 bis 2008 Gitarrist und Begleitsänger der kalifornischen Band Red Hot Chili Peppers; seit Dezember 2019 ist er wieder Mitglied der Band.
